We are super excited for our first collab with Yakima Chief Hops , using one of their latest experimental varieties HBC 472.

ROOTED IN YAKIMA

For this special beer we’ve used our house pale base and the yeast we use in our NEIPAs. With an ultra clean base , fruity yeast and an awesome hop variety this beer sings like a bird.
It’s blend of vanilla , coconut and pineapple notes backed up with smooth oak and bourbon flavour is , without doubt , a definite crowd pleaser.
