Wills Neck 4.3%

Wills Neck is a golden ale that is late hopped to give masses of hop flavour and aroma. The beer is named after 'Wills Neck', the highest point on the Quantock Hills and the pumpclip and bottle images show the trig point that overlooks the Bristol Channel.

This golden aleis brewed from a blend of the best Maris Otter pale malt, crystal malt and wheat malt which gives a full bodied flavour. The majority of the hops are added towards the end of the boil to retain loads of hop flavour and aroma whilst still producing the bitterness required to balance the flavour and strength of the beer. The hops used are a blend of Brewers Gold and Willamette which give a distinctive flavour and aroma.
