This beer was originally brewed as a seasonal beer for the summer that never really appeared in 2008! It proved to be extremely popular and went on to win the
'Somerset Beer of the Festival'
at the 2008 Somerset Camra Beer Festival in Minehead. Because of its popularity we have decided to add this beer to our regular range that are brewed all year round.

The beer is brewed from very lightly kilned Maris Otter malt with the addition of flaked maize and wheat malt. This gives a very light, straw coloured beer which is delicately hopped with German Perle hops making it a refreshing drink for a warm sunny day, or indeed any day of the year!
